Answers You Can Trust.
UConn Extension brings university expertise to Connecticut communities to improve agriculture, the environment, health and well-being, and youth development. Through our programs and services, we help residents, businesses, and organizations find answers they can trust.
- Programs are educational opportunities and efforts that people participate in. They include training, workshops, courses, volunteer opportunities, and long-term initiatives designed to build skills, strengthen communities, and solve problems.
- Services are diagnostic, technical, and professional resources we provide directly to individuals, businesses, and municipalities. They include soil and water testing, plant and insect identification, turf diagnostics, and other expert analyses.
Programs and services delivered by Extension reach individuals, communities, and businesses in each of Connecticut's 169 municipalities. Browse the programs and services available below and visit our learning opportunities for upcoming events and trainings.
